She brings tremendous value to the company by always revamping and adapting her effective procedures which are institutionalized and used by the hundreds of employees across all avenues of her business. As a first-generation immigrant and mother, Linda is an inspiring woman, whose attention to detail, meticulousness, and compassion is unmatched.

Chang brings extensive legal experience in business development, pharmaceutical development, and transactional law to TPH786 and its group of companies. From supporting WHO-recognized clinical trials in India under the Institute for OneWorld Health to creating new, innovative public-private partnerships with Just Business and the Not For Sale Campaign in Amsterdam and Peru, Chang is known for driving innovation and business development at the forefront of new markets and sectors. As a co-founder of Smoakland (check out Smoakland on LinkedIn), Chang helped to grow Smoakland’s distribution and retail units to become a value leader in the California cannabis industry.
